Garage door repairs & new doors in Warners Bay

The honest read on every door, from the waterline up.

A garage door ages from the bottom: the rail, the seal, the track feet. We read yours there first, then tell you straight what it needs, and what it doesn’t.

Snapped spring, off the track, gone heavy, or a door you’re weighing up. Send the enquiry and we’ll come and read it.

Two jobs, two paths

Most doors arrive here one of two ways.

The door won’t behave

  • Gone heavy to lift, or won’t stay up
  • Off its track, or grinding through the run
  • Dropped with a bang: that’s usually a snapped spring
  • Opener runs but the door doesn’t move

A fault gets a call-out. We read the door, give you the verdict, and quote before any work starts.

Book a repair

You’re weighing up a door

  • A tilt or roller near the end of a long life
  • A new sectional for a renovation or a facade
  • A quieter door and opener for close walls
  • An honest repair-or-replace verdict

Considered work gets a measure. We look, we measure, and the quote is fixed after we’ve seen the opening.

Before you book

Run the Waterline Read.

Four plain questions: where the door lives, what it’s doing, how old it is, and what the bottom rail looks like. It tells you what your answers are consistent with, what’s safe to touch, and which path to book.

No prices, no diagnosis by photo. About two minutes.

Rust on the bottom rail, a perished seal, grit in the track feet. The bottom of a door keeps honest records.
Why the waterline

We read the door before we say a word.

  • The bottom rail. Rust starts here, where slab moisture and lake air sit longest.
  • The bottom seal. Perished rubber lets water and grit under the door, and the wear climbs from there.
  • The track feet. Grit and runoff in the bottom of the tracks is why a door starts to bind and grind.
  • The bottom brackets and springs. The cables anchor at the bottom corners under full tension. This is the danger line, and it’s ours, not yours.

On the flat behind the foreshore, the bottom-of-door read is the local read: slab moisture, storm runoff and lake air all work on it. On the rise, it’s runoff down a steep drive. Either way, the door tells the truth at the bottom.

Level is the whole trade. A door that’s square and balanced runs quiet and lasts.

The level promise

We’ll be level with you.

We look first

Nobody quotes you from a phone script. The verdict comes after we’ve read the door, bottom rail up.

The verdict is straight

If it’s a repair, we say repair. If the door’s done, we say that too, and tell you why.

The quote holds

Call-out then on-site quote for faults. Measure and quote for new doors. Fixed once we’ve seen it.

Start the enquiry

Tell us what the door’s doing.

We don’t publish a phone number. Every job starts as a written enquiry so the details arrive straight, and we come back to you by phone or email.
